Donna Camilla Savelli presents a taste tour of wines from the Lazio region that have been justly celebrated for some years within the wine market. A journey to enrich your visit to the historical city of Rome, and a delight for all the senses. Our enogastronomic journey will guide you through the nuances of taste and bouquet that define Lazio wines, featuring two whites, one ros&egrave; and one sparkling.

Four wines to discover

For a long time, Latium wines had no real presence on the Italian wine scene. In recent years, however, the region&rsquo;s wines have found much appreciation and acclaim among connoisseurs. There are many areas where quality wines are produced, mainly using autochthonous grapes. These are used to produce delicious wines such as Frascati, typical of the Castelli Romani area.

During the warmer seasons, the luscious garden of Donna Camilla Savelli becomes the setting for the Wine Not tasting experience. On cooler days, however, the experience moves into the ornate rooms of the historic residence. Ensuring a breathtaking experience, whatever the weather.

To welcome the &ldquo;SuprEVO&rdquo; experience during the summer, the lush spaces of the garden inside the structure. When the days become cooler, the more intimate and charming corners of the hotel bar will host the tasting.

As you sip, your sommelier will regale you with the secrets, curiosities, history and stories that lie in every glass of wine served. The tasting will be accompanied by a rich selection of gourmet appetizers prepared by our chef. These are made from locally-sourced &ldquo;zero kilometre&rdquo; ingredients, featuring renowned local specialities.
