Each cocktail on the "Liquid Renaissance" menu is dedicated to a prominent figure of Tuscan culture: from Leonardo da Vinci to Botticelli, and Lorenzo the Magnificent to Puccini. The alcohol-free section pays homage to legendary women like Catherine de' Medici and Simonetta Vespucci, each portrayed through distinct aroma and personality.
The offering is rounded out by great classics, wines by the glass selected by the Sommelier, and premium spirits.
