Tarchi's cuisine finds its origins in Tuscan tradition, reinterpreted with contemporary techniques that keep flavors clear, simple, and essential. The menu changes four times a year to follow the seasons, featuring house-made bread and fresh pasta alongside ingredients sourced from select local suppliers like Martelli, Gerini, and Tenuta San Carlo.
Just like grandma's recipes: the essence stays the same, only the form changes.
